Joy is really the key!

Why is joy so important and why you should intentionally cultivate it?

Here's a bit of a mind twister.

You are against hard work. You’ve done it, experienced it with every cell of your body and concluded this can't be what life is about.

So you decide you want to go as far from it as you can. You want to work way more less or as many would prefer not at all!

But here’s a fun part. Not working at all is actually not a satisfaction. It's not what we are here for.

We are here to mingle, share our gifts, and co-create. To open ourselves to the world and other humans.

You want to be feeling like there’s nothing else you’d rather be doing in this whole world!

So the answer is not not working at all. But working maybe less and with lots of joy.

Joy is really the key!!!

Because if you’d fuel everything with joy you wouldn't notice when you are working and when you are having fun.

You’d obsess much less about vacations because you can use them anytime you want and because you’ll be in a self replenishment mode that you won't even need them that often.

Joy in working. Joy in not working. It's all the same joy.

And the best part is this - joy is contagious!

Once you feel it fully and completely in one area it spills over into others. Sometimes it's easier to feel joy around things you feel good about. Nothing wrong with that. So you fill yourself up first in let's say leisure time and then bring that joy in your family life, health, work.

It’s the most rewarding process of learning and expanding.

Allow more space for joy in so you can connect with gifts you got and share them with the world.

Not because you have to. But because you can not not to!
