Bookings
All sessions are confirmed upon payment. By booking, you agree to the details of the selected service, including timing, structure, and deliverables.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling may be requested with advance notice and is subject to availability.
Specific cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the Refund Policy.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Creative Work & Delivery
All sessions are approached with care and artistic intention. Final images are selected and edited at the discretion of Goddacious.
Delivery timelines will be communicated after the session.

Intellectual Property
All images and content created by Goddacious remain the artistic and intellectual property of the business.
Clients are granted personal use of their images. Commercial use or reproduction requires written permission.

Image Use & Privacy
All images created by Goddacious may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, including social media.
By booking a session, you grant permission for this use.

If you prefer your images to remain private and not be shared publicly, a privacy fee of 30% of the session price applies. This must be requested and agreed upon in writing before the session.

Website Use
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Goddacious is not responsible for circumstances خارج our control, including but not limited to weather, delays, or unforeseen events that may impact the session.
